In special ovens, our organic black garlic is produced right here at Witchcat Farm with organically grown Vermont garlic. Black garlic starts with white garlic and turns black during the process, which does not use any additive or preservative. It is very mellow in flavor, the normal pungency taste of garlic disappear, and very soft, almost like butter. Black garlic can be eaten alone, spread on bread or use in your favorite recipes.

It has been said that black garlic has a much higher content of allicin, the main ingredient of white garlic and double its content of antioxidants compared to white garlic.
